A groomed slope starts at the Chalet Rudla & Rudana, which takes you directly to the “Helmjet” lift. And you’re right in the 3 Zinnen Dolomites ski area: 115 kilometres of slopes, five connected ski mountains, 360-degree panoramic views and endless skiing fun await.

The ski area also includes a number of valley ski lifts, such as the small Waldheim ski area in Sesto. With 2 km of slopes, three magic carpets and two ski lifts, it is ideal for kids and beginners.

Cross country skiing in the Fischlein valley

In the seventh heaven:
Cross-country skiing in Sesto

The entrance to the network of cross-country ski runs is just 100 m from our house: from here you can go to the Val Fiscalina, the Nordic Arena Dobbiaco, the Lago di Braies, and much more. Amateurs and professionals alike can look forward to a total of 200 of cross-country ski trails.

Particularly idyllic: the Sesto high-altitude trail or the high-altitude trail on the high plateau of Prato Piazza.

Tracks in the snow: Hikes into the winter wonderland

Numerous hiking tours start from our house and take you right off into the snow-white landscape. Our favourite tours include, for example, the hike into the Val Fiscalina valley to the Talschlusshütte hut, the trail to the Waldkapelle chapel or the tour into the Val Campo di dentro valley. And there is so much more!

But we will reveal all the insider tips to you directly when you arrive. If you prefer to travel in a group, you can look forward to guided tours with the Alpine School Tre Cime.

Get the sledges: Pure tobogganing fun

At the heart of the skiing area 3 Zinnen Dolomites, more precisely on the skiing mountain Rotwand, there is a 5 km long toboggan run, which guarantees fun for young and old.

It was easy to feel at home in the spacious apartment with balcony and view of the Dolomites, meaning that you can also take advantage of a bad weather day to relax with a book. Absolutely wonderful: spacious ski room with lockable cupboard (in which almost all of our numerous cross-country and alpine skis) had enough space; and a wax room! It was also very nice that you could actually leave the car in the spacious garage: just a few steps to the lift and to the cross-country ski run, also for shopping.”
